Duration: 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects, faulty components, or operational failures due to workmanship issues.
Eligible Products: All electronic and mechanical products purchased directly from Nokobi.com or authorized retailers.

2. What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

❌ Damage due to water, fire, impact, or external factors.
❌ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@nokobi.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Attach photos or videos if possible.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage.
  3. Return the Item: If approved, customers must ship the item back to us at their own expense using a reliable tracked courier service. Nokobi is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  4. Repair or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either repair, replace, or offer an equivalent replacement model at our discretion.

4. Shipping Costs & Processing Time

✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ If a replacement is issued, Nokobi will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired or replacement unit.
✔ Warranty claims may take 7-14 business days to process after we receive the item.

5. Additional Terms

✔ The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all claims.
